I have ordered 16 glass bowls from this company and two arrived smashed, I called them to ask if I could have replacement and was asked to send picture of the broken packages, as soon as o did the replacements were dispatched and arrived very next day! Amazing service and the quality and price of the bowls are better than any I’ve come across at other retailers so highly recommend.
