One piece arrived broken, I have forwarded photos and have heard nothing yet. .

I immediately contacted the company when one piece arrived broken. Very pleased with the product and delivery but customer service to date is non existent. I have twice forwarded photos.

Great glasses, but a little niggle

Can’t fault the glasses themselves, the speed of service or the price. All excellent. Only one of them has a slight flaw on the rim, which in one section is sharp compared to the smooth bevel on the rest of it. Otherwise, top notch.

My bowls arrived today, earlier than expected , very well wrapped and boxed.
Beautiful is what they are. Even better than I expected. The ivory, which I had had a reservation about, is just delicious and I'm glad I couldn't get exactly these in white.
Robust and no problem finding them space ....
I knew it .....my daughter wants 6...and she's a chef!!!
